Terms of Service

Last updated 3 October 2026

These terms govern your use of the Parzival Info website, dashboard and APIs (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details, keep your credentials and API keys confidential, and are responsible for all activity under your account and keys. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

We may require business verification before enabling certain APIs and may refuse or limit access at our discretion.

2. Permitted use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy, including obtaining any consent or having another lawful basis required for the data you request.

3. Wallet, plans and charges

Access is provided through validity plans, packages and per-request charges shown in your dashboard. Amounts added to your wallet are prepaid credit for the Service and are not a deposit or a payment instrument.

Charges are deducted automatically for successful requests and plan activations. Wallet balances are non-transferable and, except where required by law or stated otherwise in writing, non-refundable. Access expires at the end of its validity period whether or not included requests were used.

We may change plans and rates prospectively; changes do not affect plans already purchased.

4. Data and accuracy

Data is sourced from third parties and provided “as is”. While we work to keep it accurate and available, we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free, and you should not rely on it as the sole basis for decisions with legal or financial effect.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upstream outages and events outside our control may affect availability. Live status is published at /status.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access, revoke keys, or withhold service immediately if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or to protect the Service, data subjects or other customers.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

8. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service in breach of these terms or applicable law, including any misuse of data obtained through the Service.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the updated version here. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at our registered place of business have exclusive jurisdiction.
