This policy explains what personal data Parzival Info processes, why, and the choices you have. It is intended to meet our obligations under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. Data about our customers
When you create an account we collect your name, email, company, optional phone number, and password (stored only as a salted hash). We record sign-in times, IP addresses, devices, API key usage, payments and support conversations to operate, secure and bill the Service.
2. Data processed through the APIs
When you call an API we process the input you send (for example a registration number) to return a result to you. We do not store API response payloads. Request logs keep metadata — time, API, a masked form of the input, outcome, latency and charge — for your analytics, billing and abuse prevention.
Customers are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consent for the lookups they perform.
3. Payments
Payments are handled by our payment partner. We receive confirmation of the amount, status and transaction reference; we never receive or store card numbers or UPI PINs.
4. How we use data
To provide and secure the Service, verify payments, send transactional messages (payment receipts, validity reminders, security alerts), provide support, detect abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell customer personal data.
5. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active and afterwards as required for legal, tax and dispute purposes. Request logs are retained for up to 180 days by default.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit; secrets and API keys are stored hashed or encrypted; access to administrative systems is restricted, protected by two-factor authentication and audited.
7. Your rights
You can access and update your profile in the dashboard, and request correction or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it, by contacting us. We will respond within the timelines required by law.
8. Contact and grievances
Questions or grievances about personal data can be sent through our contact page; please mark them “Privacy”.
